My Name is Christine A (Baker) Anthony. However, my friends call me Tina and I consider everyone my friend. 

I am a third Generation Baker/Decorator. My Nana, who was my first Best Friend made cakes for her family of 11 (9 kids) and for friends.  

My Aunt (Godmother) Liz and my Mom was a baker and a chocolatier and then there is me. I studied baking at Southeastern Regional Voc-Tech.   

I now own my own business from my home making custom cakes and treats.  

I am Servsafe & Board of Health and EB Business certified. 

I am familiar with making allergy-free cakes as my oldest daughter is allergic to gluten and my youngest daughter is allergic to dairy & has a soy intolerance. I have several Nieces and Nephews with a multitude of allergies.  Although I am very careful and clean top to bottom before baking allergy cakes there is always a chance of cross contamination.. No issues yet.  

I have 2 beautiful adult daughters. Married for 30 years and together for 32.  

I love to read, Glamp (glamour camping), watch hallmark station and volunteer to help others.

Nana, I miss you..  I did it!! Now my other promise to you is to write that book!!  <3
